What is Printivo UK?
Printivo is an online print provider that helps start-ups and SMEs create and print business and marketing materials with ease. We provide free design templates created by professional designers to help you get started.
Who can use Printivo?
Our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or transact on our website.

Ordering & Design

How do I place an order?
You can order by creating an account and providing your name, email, and phone number. Once registered, you can use our templates or upload your own design files.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. For products designed using our templates, we provide an electronic proof for your approval before production begins.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Once you have approved the electronic proof, the product cannot be changed or cancelled. For orders using your own files, please ensure they are correct before uploading, as Printivo is not liable for errors in customer-provided files.

Payment & Pricing

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All quoted prices exclude VAT and delivery costs. In the UK, a standard VAT rate is applied to all costs and remitted to the appropriate tax authorities.
When is payment due?
Payment is required at the time of ordering through our online basket section. While prices on the site may change, your price is locked once you receive an order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?
On average, it takes between 3 to 5 working days to produce and deliver print products. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges depend on your location within the UK and will be calculated during the checkout process.
Who will deliver my order?
Depending on your address, we use Printivo Direct Delivery or premium courier partners like DHL. All shipments include free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the UK. You may order from anywhere in the world, but the final shipping destination must be within the UK.

Refunds & Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible print items that are defective or do not meet expectations.Refund & Cancellation Policy
How do I request a refund or reprint?
You must report any issues within 3 working days of receiving your order. If an item is found to be defective, we may ask you to return it for examination before issuing a reprint, credit, or refund.
What if my order is never delivered?
If your order fails to arrive, you must notify us within 30 days. Once we investigate and confirm the failure, we will redeliver your products at no extra cost.
