Printivo is an online print provider providing its customers with templates created by designers. We aim to help start-ups and SMEs print business and marketing materials with ease.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Printivo. It details our obligations to you and highlights certain risks associated with using our services. You must consider such risks carefully as you will be bound by these provisions through your use of this website or any of our services.
Our services are not directed to, or intended for, children under the age of 18. To use Printivo, you must create a registered account. You must provide accurate information, including your name, email, and phone number. We reserve the right to verify this information and approve or deny accounts based on risk assessments. You are solely responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your account. You are liable for all orders placed through your registered account.
To use Printivo, you must create an account by registering. To register, you will provide information such as your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. We may seek to verify your information, after which we will approve your account unless it is deemed high-risk. You give us express permission to conduct these verifications.
You are granted permission to access and use this website and its content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Printivo (referred to herein as “Products”). No other use, publication, distribution, or retention of any portion of the content is permitted. Obtaining Products does not entitle you to use any portion of the content apart from the finished Products as supplied by Printivo.
You agree that you will not use the website to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Printivo may terminate its service to customers found to be using the site for undesirable activities.
Printivo owns all intellectual property rights to the website, including, without limitation, all rights to copyright, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, source code, databases, and text. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content belonging to Printivo without obtaining prior authorization.
However, you retain ownership of any content you provide or upload, such as text, images, or photographs. By uploading content for product customization for public viewing, you grant a non-exclusive license for the reproduction and use of that content by third parties.
Prior to production, we provide an electronic proof for your approval. You are responsible for approving these proofs. You accept that once a proof is approved, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Printivo shall have no liability for any errors in the proof discovered after approval, nor for errors due to mistakes in files uploaded by you.
Products will be dispatched in accordance with the delivery service chosen during the ordering process. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address provided by you, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for re-delivery.
You must notify us within 30 days of any failure to deliver Products so that we may investigate. Once notified, we will provide a form for completion and, upon receipt, redeliver the Products at no further cost to you.
The price of any Product will be as quoted on our site. These prices do not include VAT or delivery costs, which will be added to the total due in the basket section. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.
Printivo offers a seven (7) working day refund policy for items that do not meet expectations or are defective, provided other channels (such as reprints or credit) do not resolve the issue. Requests for refunds must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. If you believe a product is defective, we may request that you return the product for examination.
You agree to indemnify and defend Printivo and its directors, officers, and employees against all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or any claim relating to material you incorporated into your Products.
PRINTIVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINTIVO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR INAPPROPRIATE OR UNAUTHORISED USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
